Terms and Conditions of Service

Prices are listed in US Dollars.
The base price includes one character. An additional +50% is charged for each extra character.
Prices include simple or intermediate backgrounds. Complex backgrounds may incur an additional fee.
Payment is made in two parts:
- 50% upfront to confirm the commission.
- 50% upon completion, before delivery of the final high-quality digital file.
- Accepted payment methods: PayPal.

What I draw / What I don't draw

I draw: NSFW (18+ only), D&D characters, fanart, cover art, OCs, self-inserts, ship art, fantasy, sci-fi, soft gore.
I don’t draw: Furry, mecha, vehicles, hate art or discriminatory content.

Once the commission is confirmed and the deposit received, the estimated delivery time is 1 to 15 days, depending on the type and complexity of the piece. The timeline will be agreed upon before the deposit is made.
Commissions include:
- One preliminary sketch review
- One final minor revision (e.g., color or detail adjustments).
- Major changes not discussed from the start may incur additional charges.
The final work will be delivered digitally via email or Google Drive link, in JPG, PNG, PDF, or PSD format, as agreed.

Listed prices are for personal, non-commercial use only.
If you need the artwork for commercial purposes (publishing, advertising, merchandise, covers, etc.), a separate quote will be provided.
I reserve the right to share the final artwork on my social media and/or portfolio, unless otherwise agreed upon before the deposit.
The artwork may not be resold, modified, or used commercially without prior written consent.

Additional Terms

I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason, as long as no deposit has been received.
For NSFW commissions, the client must declare that they are 18 years or older, or of legal age in their country to purchase such content.
No refunds are issued.
By sending the deposit, the client acknowledges and agrees to all the terms listed above.
